That's why we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on all items, starting from your purchase date. While we carefully inspect each item for quality before it ships, if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we make returns simple.

Order Changes/Cancellations: Please note that once 24 hours have passed since your order, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within this 24-hour window.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, simply email us at support@assence.shop within 45 days of your purchase date. In your email, please include your order number, the reason for your return, and the specific items you wish to send back. We will then provide you with the return shipping address. Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags (if applicable) intact. Once we receive and inspect your returned items and confirm they meet these conditions, we will process your refund promptly. You can expect to receive your refund within one business day following our confirmation.

For Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@assence.shop. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping in these specific cases.

Items showing signs of wear, damage (unless deemed defective upon arrival), or not in their original condition/packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed/undeliverable, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes packages marked "returned to sender" or "undeliverable" due to customer error.
Restocking Fee
We apply a 30% restocking fee to cover the administrative costs associated with processing refunds for cancelled orders or returned items that do not meet our return conditions. This fee helps us manage the resources required for reviewing order details, initiating refunds, and handling necessary adjustments.
